Over a Decade of Impact
First Edition
CMBEBIH founded in Sarajevo by the BH Medical and Biological Engineering Society, establishing a regional platform for biomedical engineering research.
Going International
First international scientific committee established. Proceedings published through an international publisher for the first time.
IFMBE & EAMBES Endorsements
Official endorsements from the leading global biomedical engineering federations. Conference grows to attract participants from over 20 countries.
Hybrid Format Adopted
First hybrid edition with fully digital poster sessions and live-streamed keynotes, significantly expanding global reach.
Springer Partnership Formalised
Springer Nature becomes the official publishing partner. SCOPUS indexing confirmed for journal special issues (Technology and Health Care, SAGE).
EIT Health, Hackathon & Industry HUB
EIT Health and EuroHPC partnerships launched. Hackathon, NextGov, and Industry HUB for SMEs introduced as satellite events. EuroCC community hosted.
